This model has all the bells and whistles. All Leather, power sun/moon roof, 6 CD changer, PW, PDL, Power Mirrors, remote entry, premium sound system, cargo tonneau cover, luggage rack, powerful 3.5L V6 engine with 192 horse power. Heated front bucket seats, Cruise control & stereo controls on the steering wheel, vanity lights, storage under passenger front seat.

This thing has all the ammenities. The only problem with this thing is the traction. Because it is rear wheel drive, it slips and slides on level ground in the grass and if it rains..... forget about it!! We havent even had it out in the snow. It does have a snow traction control switch, but we have found it to be inneffective in slippery conditions.

My advice is as follows:

If you do not require extreme traction for snowy or even wet conditions, this vehicle is definately for you. However if you live in an area that snows,

GET THE 4WD 4X4 OPTION!!!!!!!

I decided to purchase the Kia after riding in several SUV's and found that for the comfort, stability priceing and luxury with the best warranty, I could not go wrong. Since I purchased it I can not get my wife to stop driving it. The road noise is equal to that of a Lexus and the ride is like like riding on a cloud. I could not complain about anything on this vehicle. One thing is that Mine did not have a tow hitch so I purchased it from JC Whitney.com for less than half what the dealer charges and installed it in less than 45min. it now has 22,000 miles on it and have had no mechanical issues and the gas mileage has actually improved. Thier is a bit of sway when turning at slow speeds but this is due to the independnt suspension. Still quite and comfortable.

We shopped around before deciding to try out the Kia Sorento. We knew we wanted a smaller SUV, and living in the Chicagoland area, we wanted either 4WD or AWD. Never bought an import before - it was a tough decision. We are more than satisfied with it. The interior is roomy - the rear seat is like a leather couch! Priced WAY below the competition. The 3.8L V-6 is strong and torquey. Loaded up on options like tow package, sunroof, AWD, leather and step bars. Easy entry & exit due to wide swinging doors & extra height. Great visibility! It snowed after St. Pat's Day so we tried it out. Pulled through the snow like a champ! No regrets here - very happy!
